  • Usually work days are planned at least one day in advance making it difficult to make room at the last minute. So be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time!

  • I’m currently the sole owner and operator which makes it hard to answer phone calls when I’m in session. And when I’m not in session, I’m usually out and about running errands.

    All booking is done through the website so that I can have your information on file.

  • Typically, at least one massage every 4-6 weeks is optimal

  • If you’ve never had a massage or just are unsure what service to choose for yourself, I’d recommend an Unwind 60 or 90 minute appointment. We can always adjust at the time of the appointment :)

    • cash is the preferred payment method. however, I don't carry change, so be sure to bring exact amounts

    • credit or debit with tap to pay capability. additional fees are required.

    • venmo, paypal, cashapp

    • 4 interest free installment payments using Afterpay

  • Physical Gift Certificate

    Reach me via text or email to set a time to pick up your certificate in person or purchase at the time of your next appointment

    E-Gift Certificate

    Visit the Book Now link anywhere on the website or click here. You’ll see an option to select a service or select a product. Under gift certificates, you will choose the amount you would like to purchase. Once you have completed the checkout, you will be able to print and/or email the certificate.

    Each certificate is assigned a code that is connected to the email you used to purchase. You can check your balance at any time by clicking “check balance” on the packages section or by signing up for an account. To redeem the certificate through the online booking system, just type the code in to the designated spot.

  • A card on file is required for each appointment made to reserve the spot. However, there are no charges made to your account at the time of booking. You may pay the full amount in cash at the time of the appointment.

    *Your card may be charged in the event of a last minute cancellation or a no call, no show so please reach out if you cannot make it to your appointment.

  • In my typical approach to a session, I already try to keep conversation to a minimum unless the client wants to chat (which is also perfectly acceptable). That being said, if you want to ensure that your appointment skips the small talk, you're more than welcome to include that in your intake form when booking!

  • If you feel more at ease bringing a guest to your appointment they are welcome to quietly accompany you in the lobby or in the treatment room.
