I graduated from Delta College in Covington, Louisiana on the President’s List with a 4.0 GPA in January of 2020. I passed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) in February of 2020. In 2021 I relocated to La Crosse and have been practicing in the driftless area since. This year, I was honored to receive 3rd place in the Best of La Crosse County awards, a recognition that reflects my dedication to creating meaningful, healing experiences for my clients.

My approach for sessions is centered around providing a personalized experience for each client. I take the time to listen and understand your unique needs, combining therapeutic techniques with a holistic touch to nurture both the body and mind. While I can accommodate deeper pressure, my true expertise lies at creating sessions that balance effective techniques with client comfort. My mission is to create a serene, healing space where you can reconnect with yourself and leave feeling restored and renewed.

Outside of work, I enjoy thrifting, traveling, and cruising around in my Jeep. I have three dogs with my amazing husband and we love getting out into nature and enjoying the sunshine :)
