    Please note: the main area where I perform services, as well as the bathroom, is located down a set of stairs. I understand that stairs may be a challenge for some clients, so to ensure your comfort and accessibility I will have an alternative space on the main level available.

  • To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Please note that your card will not be charged at this time—it is simply held on file to reserve your spot. Payment will be processed after your session, and our cancellation policy will apply if necessary.

    Preferred Payment Method:
    Cash is my preferred method of payment. Please note that I do not carry change, so if you choose to pay with cash, kindly bring the exact amount.

    Additional Payment Options:
    I also accept credit and debit cards, as well as AfterPay (pay in 4 interest-free payments). Please note that these payment methods incur additional processing fees.

    Venmo is accepted with no additional fees, and I also offer gift cards that can be used toward your session.

    • Late Arrivals/Cancellations/No Shows

    Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged $20. This amount can be taken off the service total of the rescheduled appointment. No call, no shows will be charged up to the full service total at the therapists discretion. 15 minutes past your scheduled time is considered a no call, no show. Please reach out if you can’t make your appointment or if you will be arriving late. Your appointment time reserves the full duration of your visit, including consultation, preparation, and massage. To ensure a complete and relaxing experience for yourself and to respect the time of other clients, please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shorter massage to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment.

    • Inclement Weather

    In the event of inclement weather, safety is my top priority. Hazardous conditions may require rescheduling appointments at no cost to you. I will notify you as soon as possible if weather impacts your session, and we will work together to find a convenient time to reschedule.

    • Client Cleanliness Policy

    To ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive at your appointment clean and fresh. Please take the time to address any excessive body odor, as well as remove sand, dirt, or debris from your hair, hands, and feet. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
